Pursuant to the Telecommunications Law ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", no. 44/03), Rules on compliance control of telecommunications networks, systems and facilities with prescribed standards and regulations ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", no. 29/06) and Rules on technical permits – certificate issuance ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", no. 34/06), the Republic Telecommunication Agency issues technical permits – certificates, given in the Register of issued technical permits – certificates under the following subregisters:

Technical permit – certificate on compliance of telecom networks and systems project and project documentation;

Technical permit – certificate on compliance of telecommunications networks, systems and facilities technical characteristics;

Technical permit – certificate on compliance of telecommunications networks, systems and facilities building and installation;

Technical permit – certificate on for putting telecommunications systems and facilities into operation.
Pursuant to Pursuant to Rules on technical inspection procedure in the field of telecommunications ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", no. 34/06) and Rules on form and contents of the form for the report on radio station technical inspection and of the form for the report on telecom networks, systems and facilities technical inspection ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", no. 34/06), the report on technical inspection, given in the Register under the following subregister, is issued:
