Any public telecommunications operator has the right to interconnect with other operators’ public telecommunications networks.
At the request of an interested public telecommunications operator, another operator is required to provide interconnection, pursuant to the Telecommunications Law, so that public telecommunications services are provide through both networks.
Public telecommunications operators shall regulate terms and conditions of the interconnection of their respective telecommunications networks by an interconnection agreement, regulating in particular the financial and technical interconnection terms and conditions, and based upon general terms and conditions set out by the Agency.
It is mandatory to submit concluded interconnection agreements to the Agency for registration, and the data contained therein are publically available, except for the data regarded confidential.
